Pets Welcome at Sacramento Square!

A maximum of two pets permitted per apartment (2 cats, 1 dog+1 cat, or 2 dogs)

Dogs: limit of 2 - 100lb limit (combined weight of both dogs) once fully grown.  Breed restrictions apply, please see leasing agent for details.

$30.00 per month  per pet + $300 non-refundable pet fee per apartment

 

Parking at Sacramento Square

Parking at Sacramento Square is free.  There are no limitations on the number of cars per apartment and guests are not required to register.  Other restrictions do apply, please review the lease agreement for further details.

 

Swimming Pool

Sacramento Square has two swimming pools, one large and one wading pool for toddlers.  The pool season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  A lifeguard is on duty at all times.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in order to use the pool facility. 

The pool hours are as follows:

Monday:               Closed

Tuesday-Sunday:    11:00-7:00

While school is in session, the pool operates on a modified schedule and opens at 4:00.

Community Room

The community room is located in the same building as the leasing office on the second floor and overlooks the pool.  It features a fireplace, kitchenette and restroom facilities.  The room is available for rent for private gatherings.  If you are interested in renting the party room for a private event, please contact the leasing office for details.
